I was a residential project manager for renovations for over 20 years and I have a mixed review. Maxime the owner quoted me based on a photo and measurement I took; he never once attended the site which to me was unusual. There was a mix-up as to the start date which I was fine with as I didn't have a deadline and postponed due to the excuse that their delivery truck broke down the day of delivery (which I believe to be true). The drywall was quite damaged at delivery as well as the stairwell walls being marked (they offered to repair but I declined. The installers installed the drywall regardless of the damage. The taper did an amazing job cutting out and repairing the damage and one could not tell it ever looked bad. Max, the taper informed me of his projected arrival time each day he was on site as well as how long he would take. If not for him, I would have given MKZ 1 star. All of the crews were nice enough men and very respectful.
