Terrible Workmanship, Never On Time, Overall Bad Experience
When they came to give us a quote everything was possible. They said yes to almost everything and we were so excited to start our kitchen renovation. Everything changed when we signed a contract with them. Note that this all happened within one year of the renovation.
- they always showed up late.
- the entire project was delayed by two weeks ... just because.
- quarts countertop was scuffed and scratched
- grout work messy and falling apart
- hinges are coming apart on cabinets and paint already chipping
- floating shelves installed not as we requested
- sink faucet leaked for days before they came to fix it. When they did they said the faucet was faulty and brought us a larger, bulky sink faucet without or approval.
Contract states 10 year warranty after months of issues we got ahold of Hassan to take a look at the issues. He promised to fix them all and would contact us to set a time to come in. This was 3 months ago. He’s been ignoring our calls and emails since.
Untrustworthy, unprofessional, inconsistent service. Would never recommend.
