Nate has always been fantastic! He has done more than one job for us but most recently he renovated our kitchen as well as details throughout our new home making it look exactly how we wanted! He always pays such close attention to detail and provides us with insight when we ask for it. Hes patient with us and always so easy going! Thank you so much Nate!

Nate is a quiet,strong and professional young man that planned and calculated our large deck project without a hitch.He was always calm and calculating,considering all potential advantages and savings for us.He also listened and addressed any concerns or additions we asked about.There was a drainage problem that was resolved with a lot of extra effort to our relief.We also received a credit at the end of job for materials not used that I do not remember receiving from other projects we had done in the past,from other contractors.We are extremely happy to have our beautifully finished composite deck with a few suggestions Nate made to make it an even more fitting transition to each section of the deck.Thank you Nate and crew.

Nathan from NLD Contracting did an excellent job finishing our basement! He was easy to communicate with and took the time to answer all of our questions. - Gutted old flooring and added vinyl through the main floor, upstairs corridor and garage bedroom. Ensured there was no creeking and leveled out bathroom floor before tiling, painting and adding the new vanity.
- Painted kitchen, hall, entry way and upstairs corridor and smoothed out cracks, holes and uneveness.
- I cannot speak enough about the finishings. We have a 40+ years home with crooked walls etc and the finishings of the trims etc were beautiful.

NLD Contracting updated our kitchen with a new countertop, sink, faucet hood fan and backsplash.
They were very easy to work with and their style and quality of work was exceptional. The herringbone backsplash we chose created some tricky areas to tile, but it was no problem for them. They sourced out the countertops for us and they were installed perfectly.

I hired NLD Contracting to repair a huge water leak into the basement. It required removal and installation of drywall, patching, and repainting of the whole basement. They also painted my kitchen and install new patio doors. The team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. I definitely would recommend NLD Contracting to family and friends.

NLD was fantastic to work with. We had NLD replace the hardwood on our upper floor (four bedrooms and hallway) and add some built in cupboards. Nathan provided a clear and transparent quote that was good value and showed he understood what we were looking for. He showed up on time and kept a clean worksite. The job was challenging due to it being an old house with sloping subfloors and nothing straight. The work was done extremely well and Nathan was innovative at a few tricky points which made the project look perfect. Zero creaks and beautiful finish completed on time and on budget. We really enjoyed working with Nathan who was an excellent communicator. We will have him back to do more work.
