Absolutely Attrocious Bathroom Renovation
We hired Luke and his team to renovate our bathroom in the summer of 2019. Unfortunately, it was the least professional home renovation project we have experienced, both in terms of customer service and workmanship. The renovation was a disaster from start to finish with delays in starting the job, to sloppy work (choppy tile work, uneven grout, handheld shower placed OUTSIDE the shower enclosure), to his complete incompetence in managing his on-site crew or project manager.
We were unable to find a resolution with Luke, who was largely unresponsive during the project (except to request payment), even after his team walked out on the unfinished job.
Fortunately, we were able to complete the job after finding someone who was much more responsive, respectful, and competent. I would strongly caution anyone looking to hire Luke for a renovation of any size.
