We needed to replace a beam where previously a load bearing wall used to be. Ben came and evaluated the situation very carefully. He was knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions promptly. Work was completed on schedule thanks to the hard work and expertise of the team.

We had sagged floors and the floor joists were damaged. we contracted GTA Home Design to install the beams and to reinforce the joists to fix the sagging and bouncing of floors. They have done a great job and we recommend them for high quality of construction. Work was done on time and in budget.

Ben and his team were hired to remove walls in our house, one of which was a 20ft span of load bearing wall.
They worked very efficiently and produced great results at a very fair price.
The team is very knowledgeable and felt confident in the work that they were doing even though I could not envision how something would get done (i.e. such as fitting a 16ft metal support post from the basement to 1st floor)
Even when we encountered issues in the walls, Ben always offered good alternatives and workarounds.

We did full Reno on our house, did most the work ourselves, but needed a contractor for our load bearing wall, we had several contractors come quote the job, GTA House Design Inc left the best impression they new what they were talking about and made us feel confident they could do a good job, and price was very reasonable.
