My mother's furnace broken down in the evening and Green Heating and Air was the only vendor I contacted that would come out the same evening.. The technician indicated that the issue was difficult to repair (the furnace was 17 years old) and suggested that it be replaced. I asked him to attempt the repair and he spent a number of hours trying but ultimately it did not work. I spoke with Hassan who appreciated my situation (my mother is at an advanced age) and arranged to have it replaced the next day. Adrian came and did an excellent job! The team was great to work with and really put a lot of effort into customer service. Hassan was great to work with - he always answered his phone and really worked hard to fast track the replacement which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this team. Leon Richmond Hill

My old hot water boiler stoped working I placed a call and spoke to Hassan and he came to my property within the hour.
Came back with the new replacement boiler and finished the job by 3.30 I am very happy that our hot water is running again.
I will recommend Green heating and air conditioning without any hasitation.

I had a heated driveway that was not working. Hassan and his team were determined to get this system going and they ultimately did. When other companies might have done a disappearing act, Hassan stayed with it and while there were some unexpected additional costs along the way, ultimately it appears that the work he did has resulted in the system working.

I needed a motor replaced on a Saturday and buddy found me the exact one within a 2 minute phone call, he then ubered it out to my location in 30 minutes. Everything worked great and i am super happy with the company / service.

After failed attempts to get a service call from other companies, I contacted Green Heating & Air and within minutes got a response with an appointment for the service call. The company followed up with a confirmation call and Hassan arrived exactly as scheduled. He quickly
diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Hassan and the company are very professional and the service charge was very reasonable. Thanks Hassan for a job well done.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I called many reputable well-known companies first to come fix our problem, but no one was available, and this was an emergency for us... I called this company and Hassan came very quickly to fix our boiler as we have no hot water... They said we needed to change XYZ, much of it to pad the bill for the quote to be 2,500$, but would accept 2k cash... but I was desperate to get it fixed as my wife was on me, so I hesitantly agreed...

He asked for cash upfront before they started the job, which I declined and said you will get paid at the end, which he agreed to... Also claimed he works fast, and the job will be done within 1 hour... His brother Ali came to assist him... They changed all the parts, and Hassan left his brother to finish the job but said he now wants 50% of the money as he needs to go... He assured me the boiler would be working and I can pay the remaining 50% to his brother Ali at the end, which I begrudgingly agreed to... Ali could not get the boiler to work, and spent much of his time trying to fix all the water leaks he caused... He was here for an additional 6 hours, and left close to 9pm, saying he cant fix it and that his brother will come at 10am the next morning... I fired them right after as I got a sense they didnt know what they were doing... I told them not to come back and called an emergency service with a big reputable well-known company...

The next morning the new company showed up, and told me that this company (Hassan and his brother Ali) caused a lot of damage, broke things and all the parts they put in, need to be replaced as they were wrong and not appropriate for our boiler, which will now cost us even more money...

I told Hassan all this and asked for my money back in which he pretty much told me to go jump into a lake... I am leaving this bad review in the hopes of trying to make sure other customers dont get duped by this company... STAY AWAY!!! I know they will spin a response to this in some fashion, but they came, they diagnosed incorrectly, they got paid 50%, couldnt fix it in the many, many hours they were here, and now will not pay us back... Our conversation ended with him calling me a low class man... I would love to see how they can spin this in their response... DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY!!! and they left a big mess!!

Because of high heating costs over the past few years using our gas furnace, I wanted to convert our whole house over to a heat pump installation. I had previously had a mini split heat pump system installed for our third floor bedrooms, and I had our original contractor quote on supplying a system to cover our first and second floors. I contacted Green Heating and Air really to get a second quote for the project.

I contacted the company by phone in the late morning in Sept 2023 and Ehsan came to our house in the afternoon that same day. What struck me as amazing and in fact caused me to give him the job was the efficient way he got me the quote. Most importantly, Ehsan was flexible in negotiating a system that met our requirements. He did not leave until the final quote was emailed to me. He also had my questions about rebates answered by contacting the auditor while he was here.

The system, which comprised a 2 zone ductless heat pump unit, 30,000 BTU with 2 indoor units was installed the next week. Ehsan coordinated the installation. It was initially to take 2 days, but he brought in extra crew and it was completed in 1 day. A bit of drywall repair around our circuit breaker was completed a couple of days later.

I am very satisfied with the system that was installed and would definitely recommend Green Heating and Air Inc for projects like we had done. Should there be any issues with our system in the future, I am confident the Ehsan will look after us.

He initially appears competent and solution-oriented, but our experience turned sour after paying our deposit.
 
We first contacted Hassan for a project that involved duct design, installation, and equipment, aiming to qualify for the Greener Homes grant. Lacking the upfront $30,000, we requested a payment plan, which was verbally agreed. Subsequently, we decided to focus solely on ductwork while researching equipment options. Despite this change, the price for duct installation remained the same at $9,000. We paid our deposit, but no formal contract or written agreement was provided, making pricing details unclear.
 
The work began on a Monday. On the same day we were also told that the payment schedule was not possible. We were also told it was never discussed (untrue). This left us questioning getting the machines from Hassan. The pressure to buy became relentless over the next few days, with Hassans brother, Ali, even suggesting we promise our government rebate to Hassan in exchange for partial payment of the machines.
 
By the fourth day of installation, we were very uneasy. The quality of the work was subpar, resulting in damage to our home, and the pressure to commit to more money with them was too much. We informed them of our uncertainty about the equipment purchase, and the same day the installers said they wouldnt be back until we paid a deposit for the machines!
 
In the second week, they did not come at all. There were some plumbing and gas lines we needed to move for their installation.  
 
The new expected project completion date was September 1st, but they had begun installing ductwork that extended beyond our wall. This meant additional construction into our front window area, which was contrary to what we were told. They left without completing other parts of the project that they could have finished.
 
In the fourth week, Hassan returned from a three-week-long holiday. During our discussion, he showed a complete lack of accountability for the shoddy workmanship of his employees. This included sloppy cuts in our flooring, significant damage to our home, and a general disregard for maintaining a clean/safe work environment. It was even necessary for us to request that they tape the seams of the ducts, as they had no plans to do so; later warning us that taping the ducts would result in excess noise.
 
They deviated from the original duct design, failing to inform us that this change violated fire code regulations something we had explicitly communicated as a requirement. This alteration meant the addition of fire dampers, which Hassan quoted at an exorbitant $550 per damper, despite the actual cost being $50 from a reputable supplier.
 
AVOID HASSAN and all associated companies! The lack of professionalism, competence, accountability, and integrity displayed throughout this project was profoundly concerning. Do your research and do not use!

I own an old condo with a heat pump in the ceiling.
My present from Santa was a leak in the heat pump amid Torontos freezing Christmas! Had few people looking at it and all bailed. The estimate was 10k and a long waiting list for the unit to be delivered. Found Hassan and his team out of desperation in a gloomy evening and it worked like a treat the day after. He confidently guaranteed that it can be repaired and re-installed in within a day. That was what exactly happened. A missioned that seemed impossible was done after several hours and multiple surprises.

Cant insist enough on the level of the professionalism I witnessed.
So far so good and the unit is working like a new one.

Dont bother looking around. Pick up the phone and call him up! Btw do not forget to ask him to show you his vintage Mercedes he put together.
