Workmanship of kitchen backsplash was poor. Upon a cursory inspection the finished product seemed okay. However looking a little bit closer we noticed a terrible cut around an electrical outlet that we found unacceptable. We contacted Zeev on October 26th. The initial job was “completed” on October 17th. To date the job is still incomplete and I’ve been getting the runaround for over six weeks. I don’t doubt some effort was made to rectify this attempt of a cut, but I’ve had a several contractors take a look not only at this terrible cut but the entire job itself. The word used I describe the workmanship was “amateur”. Seemed like good guys and I’m sure they are....I have nothing against Zeev and Juri personally, but I had to give up on them and I cannot justify doing business with them again nor would I recommend this company. Word to the wise folks: any good contractor is so inundated with work that they can’t get to you for months. Beware of contractors that can perform a job within a couple days notice. These people are usually out to make a quick buck in my experience. My fault was being impatient and not waiting on my usual contractors and going outside my circle to get a job done. Learned my lesson and will wait as long as it takes for a reliable and talented contractor(s).
