Mark is professional and friendly. He was quick to respond to our call and arrived on time for our apt. Mark and his team worked efficiently onsite and left our house very clean. Mark did a great job walking us through the process and answering our questions. We will definitely book them again for future services.

Mark and Jay were able to schedule an appointment soon after we submitted for the quote online. They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process so we knew what to expect. They wore masks and gloves and kept distant when they could, so we were happy with how they handled the COVID procedures.
We did have a mix up where the automated site under-quoted us, but Mark was kind enough to honour the quote. We were shown before and after pictures of the work and everything was tidied up before they left. We would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

Mark and Jason were great! They were very thorough, efficient and clean. They got right to work and even cleared out a couple of “odd” objects that were in the ventilation system. I had used a different company a few years back and Mark was a lot more thorough. The last company never found that same object. Highly recommended.
