Ninja Movers exceeded my expectations from the moment I obtained a (reasonable) quote to the day of the move. Customer service was speedy. The online inventory form was user-friendly and actually a great tool to help plan your move.
The two movers arrived early and were incredibly courteous, efficient, and professional. One of the movers single-handedly dismantled and assembled back an IKEA pull-out L-shaped couch relatively quickly, which was an impressive feat in itself, while the other carried multiple of heavy boxes up several floors with such care and precision.
