The technician who came to our house was named Bill, and he made a very good impression. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Bill quickly identified the source of the problem, which was a defective flame sensor. He had a suitable replacement in his van, and he swapped it out then and there. The cost of labour was included in the price of the diagnosis, so we only paid extra for the part itself. Even though a diagnostic appointment normally lasts 30 minutes, Bill was generous with his time.
