I was moving from my apartment to another one that had higher ceilings and was told that my custom made drapes would cost a fortune and I would probably not be able to retrofit them ( By another company ) I contacted Harmony Window Decor and Ephriam agreed to come see them He was pleasant and professional and was able to fix the drapes to fit the new space at a very reasonable price (living room and bedroom ) I am thrilled with the work and how considerate EPHRiam is I would recommend his company to anyone Thank you !

My mother's condo had problem's with two blind
s. One blind was missing the chain, and the other blind was never mounted properly because one end was in a narrow alcove.

Other blind companies would only sell replacement blinds. Ephraim quickly responded to my Home Stars request and immediately stated he would undertake the work.

The next day Ephraim visited the condo and completed the job. The chain was installed and the mounting bracket in the alcove was installed. Both blinds needed mechanism replacements which he had with him.

Harmony had their technicians at my home at the time booked.
They did an excellent job and left a very happy and satisfied customer.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to 3rd parties to use them.

I engaged Ephraim to fix two blinds that would not respond to the remote control. He quickly diagnosed the problem--one burned-out motor and one broken internal cord. He called Hunter Douglas for the parts, which were shipped, and then performed the necessary work. The blinds are now perfect, probably better than they have been in years.

His skills are clearly superior and he knows his way around. I never could have gotten the right parts from Hunter Douglas on my own. He is also efficient and was accommodating to our schedule here. The work was very neat and he cleaned up well. I thought his charge to be fair.

In short, I'm not sure you could do better if you need work on blinds.

Needed my blinds taken down for a renovation. Service was quick, professional, and worked around my schedule.

I actually needed to reschedule a couple times which was no issue.

Would use the device again.
