I used Falcon Windows and Doors 2 times for my old and current house. Vlad is very knowledgeable and patient, he is the sales as well as the window installer. The very first time we used the middle man and turns out the sales just check on us one day out of the 3 days work, and dont care anything after. I have done a few quotations and others are compatible in the market but because they will have to pay the salesperson, so it costs a lot more. Though Vlad might not have a big team, they are careful during installation, they put tarp everywhere, and clean everything up after. Highly recommend Falcon to anyone out there! Thank you Vlad and team again who have done a great job!

Falcon WD was qiuck/efficient/clean. Would recommend. Really like our new windows. In one day replaced 4 windows upstairs and fixed the front door frame

The installers were ESPECIALLY careful in that my wife had a meeting that day and in order to minimize the noise, they planned the installation around the meeting, starting on the windows closest to her while she was not in a meeting such that when her meeting started, they were working on farther windows. Also, these guys were the rare breed of installers that says they will keep doors closed as they come and go and then actually DO close doors behind them. Polite, quiet and on time.

The end product is beautiful and we are very happy with them. Now I can't wait for Winter to see much less of a draft they will let in from the older windows!
