Removal and Installation 2 new retrofit basement windows

Initial correspondence with Vladimir was through email where he was able to provide me with a quote by my providing him with window measurements and pictures. He gave me a fast and reasonable quote. I got 2 other similar quotes and Vlad was slightly less expensive. I met with Vlad on an agreed on time for a more formal written quote and for him to take firm measurements. Within 2 days he come back with his partner and had both my windows replaced within 30 mins.
