I was looking for shutters that would work on an older Bay Window in the living room. I contacted Window Outfitters by email and received a reply right away with a quote based on the information I had provided. They were always prompt to reply to my questions and arranged a home visit within the week. They recommended Delta Shutters which come with a 25 yr warranty and fit all of my needs. The team of two who came to the house were extremely courteous and friendly and explained the process in detail. I chose to go ahead with a 60/40 split shutter to allow privacy and still allow light. Despite December being a very busy month, they exceeded my expectations with timing and had my new shutters installed before Christmas! I was so happy with the new shutters that I had them measure several other windows in the house. I have since done 2 other windows and planning to add another in the master bedroom as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a great price and excellent service. There was no pressure whatsoever and everything was straight forward and upfront. They communicated diligently on the status of the order and were extremely flexible with the appointment times to accommodate my work schedule. I have done many recent upgrades to my home and not one has gone as planned until now. Thank-you for going above and beyond to make this a positive experience. I love my new shutters!
