Complete Kitchen HORRIBLE SERVICE 6 MONTHS TO FINISH a 1 month JOB

To get the job the owner was on the ball and willing to please. After the Kitchen cupboards were installed there was an issue of peeling / cracking in one of the doors. The rework took a long time, then after 2nd application the door had again peeling and cracking. Ultimately the door had to be changed....then the true lack of service to the end of a job came through. Communication began to lack, dates were given, then said oh "no that wasn't the timeframe", then basically we were told "well I am on vacation...I will get to it when I am back" and no follow up was done on their part...he made us feel like we were bothering him. The project started in Feb and end of Aug a replacement door installed - which is not even close to same material of our original door. HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE :(

I think a little clarification is needed for this customers comments. There was 1 door that we could not refinish due to the amount of grease that had soaked into the wood. We attempted to repaint it twice. We offered to have a new door manufactured at the end of June and advised the customer that it could take upwards of 6 weeks to have a new custom door made and repainted. She accepted this. The customer was then given updates every couple of weeks re: the status of the door. The new custom replacement door was finally installed on August 20th and the customer was completely happy with it. Since we felt it was a bit of a lengthy process we did not charge the customer for the replacement door. The new door we installed was a complete match. To see a negative rating like this after all the effort we went through and her being satisfied with the service and the new door and to now disputing the fact that the door is not a match is unfair and unwarranted. The customer didn't even call first to express her concerns before posting this review.
