Ontario Blinds

750 was down payment. Glen and his don came to the house and gave us a price for 3 blinds and we paid the down payment and told would be here prior to Christmas. Late December we tried to call him to get time for blinds with no avail until we wanted another blind. He showed up and gave us a price and we gave him the down payment. Couple weeks later got an invoice which stated we were late with down payment and I called Glen and he said that is how they do it but next bill will state paid. Couldnt get ahold of him again until Feb. when he told me that he never ordered the blinds 4 in total and had no money to give us back. 2 other neighbours were in the same boat with him although we told them and he never called them. Closed his business and we have no way of contacting him so we are out over 700.00 plan to go to court.

Excellent product and excellent customer service!!! Lots of options to pick from! Was beyond impressed with how fast they came in and was able to get them installed!

I was happy with the service, the price was excellent. I had a small repair that needed to be made and they came out to repair it free of charge. Ontario blinds roller shades have a lifetime warranty which is unheard of these days. Happy to recommend to anyone!

Glenn was very professional and helpful in choosing the right blinds for us. He came very quickly to Sarnia for our free quote and the price was very reasonable for the size of windows and quality of blinds he offered. After searching the big box stores and some other customs blind stores we decided to go with Glenn. Not only was his price better then everyone else’s the quality was much better as well and you get a warranty you can’t go wrong. We are very pleased with the professionalism and excellent quality of work. It’s always nice to be able to support made in canada products and it shows in the workmanship. We had blinds installed for most of the windows in our home. Glenn's initial consultation was very helpful and installation was on time and very professional. Blinds are of high quality.
