Abner from Fix It Roofer was extremely fast and professional! After getting quotes from 15 roofers was by far the nicest to communicate with. Others were very pushy but he was polite and provided a great service. Would definitely hire him again!

We have had 9yrs of extremely irritating bird nest problems in our gutters. We have had draining issues and bird poop littering our back yard. Fix it roofer came to replace some shingles on our roof and he told me that he had come up with a way to eliminate our bird problems. We are so looking forward to the first summer without our feathered friends making our gutters their home. He has created a way to completely block the birds from building any nests. He was so professional and came the next day to do the work. His price was very fair. We will be using fix it roofer for any roofing issues in the future.

Requested a quote and within minutes I received a call from Abner, he asked all the relevant questions and made an appointment for the following day.
So polite, very prompt, right on time and fixed the problem same day.

Abner was very responsive to my request to a quote. He scheduled to come and take a look in a very timeky way. He showed up on time and brought everything he needed to do the job quickly and effectively.

Was referred to Abner from a friend of mine. Abner was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was able to provide an over text quote based on the details and pictures I provided him. Scheduling was simple and easy as well for a date on the weekend. Abner also attempted to help get the right colour shingles for my repair by sending me a colour template .

However the day of, Abner was unfortunately held up at another job and came late to my house for the appointment. He did apologize but did take a few hours to get here. He also didn't have the matching shingle colour but did have some close matches available in his truck. He offered to come back another day with the exact match but I decided to just proceed.

The job took a couple hours and Abner was very straight forward about what he saw and needed to do. Turns out the last roofer that repaired the same spot didn't do a good job and Abner had to rip out some of his work and redo some parts.

The end result was good and the service was friendly and courteous.

We had water coming into our son's bedroom from a balcony above and Abner came in and had a look and solved the issue as best as he could given the weather and will be coming back in Spring to do a more permanent fix. Very happy with his work and professionalism and will certainly call him again in the future.
