Three motorized blinds were install across one three-part living room window. Brian come in to do the measuring on July 10. We looked at colours and styles. Once I settled on my order, he put the quote together. He discussed the warranty, etc. The blinds were installed about seven weeks later on September 4 by Matt and he did an excellent job for me. The left blind did not come down smoothly and seemed to catch. After a phone call to Barb in the office, Matt returned on September 10 and took the left blind apart, then cleaned and checked it. It seems to be working a bit better but is a bit noisy (makes a clicking sound as it unrolls) as compared to the other two blinds. A second service call may be in order.
