Mark had previously done some of the blinds for our house, and I liked the look of them (as well as was appreciative of the quality and work ethos from Budget Blinds Kitchener) that I asked him to come back and outfit the last three windows in the house. From start to finish, Mark was receptive and informative on what was available and what would match what we currently have, including working with a tricky long side window. Installation was delayed - mostly on my part, but I wasn't picky about when things were installed anyway - and when they were finally installed, everything was done quickly and efficiently.
