These blinds seem expensive but you get what you pay for--they look very nice and work well. They are a high end product . The star of this operation is the technician Kyle. We had an issue with the blinds and the remote control eight month after installation. Kyle was prompt, courteous and efficient. He took the time to give us a thorough explanation as to what the issue was, corrected the issue and then gave us an in-person tutorial, a manual,and web links so that we would not experience the same problem again. We were impressed by his professionalism and his personable nature.

The original blinds were hung close to a protrusion on the window frames. Over a number of years a mark developed on the frames wearing away the surface of the blinds.
We requested a replacement of the two blinds under the 5 year warranty. With no questions asked the blinds were replaced quickly and efficiently.

Quick and helpful. Little pricey but great product. On time for when I needed it

I did not notice until the installer left that the space at the top of the blind was not consistent. I sent the salesperson an email several days ago and have not heard back.

Justine did a great job advising us on the options for new blinds and taking all the measurements. The new and replacement blinds were installed quickly and look great, thanks to Matt. Shocking company to work with. Very poor quality and absolutely no idea about design aesthetic. Made me a valance which is nothing but a piece of fabric with uneven seams. Had not even been pressed before it was delivered. Do not be fooled by good prices, lower prices mean totally inferior product and service

I called this company and they came two days later, helped us pick out what we needed and then charged us a very reasonable price. They are excellent, professional and do what they say when they say they will do it! Definitely recommend this company.
