I am the condominium manager of 26 years old building with 32 stories high. We face a major problem with the risers having multiple pin holes inside the ceiling lobby. This plumbers start at 7 am and work tirelessly to fixed the problems in which are so difficult as it stand up 26 feets on a sky Jack.
We are so grateful that the owner himself were on site stayingv and direct with the crew. He himself answer all kind of questions that residents presented and he act absolutely professional and politely. I am so amazed with his attitude. This work of him is appreciated up to the condominium Board. We are glad to have him to service all the condo needs for plumbing and new piping.

We needed to get a foundation built under our crawl space, and brought on Oleg and his team for the project. Oleg was great throughout the project, providing more detail on the work being done and project status updates whenever you asked.

His team worked quickly once the project was underway, put measures in place to minimize disruption for our family, and kept the job site relatively clean and contained.

We are happy with the quality of work done by the Rooterworx team. The masonry looks solid, everything removed for the project was re-installed correctly, and everything was finished cleanly.

2 inches of poopy water in the basement from a broken / tree root infested pipe outside of the house Saturday night and totally fixed by Tuesday at 11 am. We were able to reduce use of water on the weekend to prevent any more flooding. I called rooterworx Saturday night and call was returned right away and I had an appointment Monday noon . They were able to pull out the roots which would have temporarily fixed the problem but I wanted it fixed permanently. Outside pipe was dug up and repaired very efficiently . Ironically , 3 weeks ago my neighbour that shares our driveway had the same problem and the large ,
Poorly reviewed company that they hired used the camera to inspect the common drain to the city drain and said it needed to be replaced to the cost of $9000 which we would have shared . My neighbour and I did not believe this since we saw the camera inspection and all we could see was some tiny roots in the pipe. In downtown Toronto , we thought that most pipes look like this and are still functional. Oleg from rooterworx did the camera inspection of the common pipe and confirmed what we suspected . It does not need intervention right now or likely in the near Future .Thanks for that. and thanks for efficiently fixing our actual problem .

I submitted a request in the afternoon and Oleg called me within 5 minutes and came out to inspect my pipes in the evening. Excellent service! He explained every step and offered some suggestions.....he can do the snaking or we could do it ourselves for a fraction of the cost. Was very honest and a pleasure to work with.

Oleg did a wonderful job! The basement was clogged. We called Oleg and he came the same day and clean the clog. He has fancy tool with camera showing the problems.
