Free Air and their team have been super helpful and professional in installing our new furnace and maintaining it ever since. Great Service from Free Air from start to finish. Stephen is knowledgeable and great at communicating the whole process while providing excellent service. Stephen installed my tankless water heater and advised me that putting in a water softner would ensure to keep the tankless working properly. He was right about the water softner and i am really happy that i listen to him. Washing your hands or taking a shower is an experience. You can feel the difference in the water. It is more silky and soft on the skin. I am super happy with the installation of both products and would highly recommend Free Air for any HVAC projects or urgencies.

Had a very difficult time finding a contractor willing to service a condo unit in Milton, but Stephen did a fantastic job fixing the issue with the HVAC.

We bought a home that needed a lot of work and was heated only my baseboard heaters that were killing our hydro bill (and no AC). Steven and crew came through for us installing our complete HVAC system + tankless water heater in phenomenal time and we were able to enjoy AC for the remaining summer months. They were professional and answered every one of our questions and concerns throughout the whole process.
Additionally, we had them to come back to move our tankless water heater to the basement when we expressed that we weren't content with its current location.

Finally made the decision to finish the basement and decided to add and upgrade a few items. After doing my research and checking the local hardware stores for price comparisons and recommendations, I knew I needed an expert. Through a referral, I was introduced to Free Air Heating and Air Conditioning. My 2 weeks of searching for the right unit were solved in 1 call as Stephen explained the pros and cons of the options I had in mind. I most appreciated that he gave me his personal recommendation based on the needs of the basement. Within days my new unit arrived and was successfully installed with no issues or surprises. To date I have recommended Free Air multiple times and will continue to do so.
