Mtm General Contracting

Our shower needed to be rebuilt due to water damage behind the tiles after 20+ years of use. After using MTM General Contracting previously to transform our backyard, we decided to get an estimate from Mohammad for this job as well.
Mohammad gave us a number of options which were fairly priced and we proceeded with the shower, partial wall tear-down to include glass shower walls, new countertops, lighting fixtures, painting, etc.
Mohammad and his crew were efficient, kept the work area tidy, and did a fantastic job.
Mohammad went above and beyond for us as well. He felt that the tile we had selected may not have been the best choice and he searched for a different tile to present to us. We're glad he did as he made a great choice! He was also happy to accommodate our request to replace the towel bars and the toilet paper holder to match the new decor.
We are very happy with the work MTM General Contracting did and we hope to use them again in the future when we have further renovations to complete.

Don't waste time getting estimates from other companies! MTM pricing was far below anyone else. Mohammad and his crew were fantastic. I had both sides of my backyard done and it looks GREAT. I couldn't be more happy. The clean up was well done. Mohammad and his crew worked hard and very pleasant to speak with. Always smiling! They are coming back to relevel the brick path at the front of the house.

Just had a fence and gate installed. Mohammad & crew were incredible.
We received a quote within a day. Pricing was fair. He was extremely
professional from beginning to end. I can't say enough about the quality of his work. Excellent !! He is very honest and reliable and he was very careful with his installation and goes above and beyond. It was a pleasure dealing with him and can assure you will be pleased with his work.

We are so happy to have found Mohammad and MTM General Contracting. He replaced our back fence, regraded our backyard, rebuilt our deck and added interlock and sod to our backyard. Our backyard has never looked so good.
Mohammad and his team were efficient, hard-working, and very professional. The quality of their workmanship is very evident.

A couple of items in the original estimate ended up needing less material and Mohammad adjusted our final payment accordingly without even being asked.

We had our very old chain link fence removed and replaced with a 6' full privacy wood fence with 2 gates on either side of the backyard along with a 4' wood fence along the driveway. BEAUTIFUL work done by an excellent team! They were fast courteous and got the job done beyond our expectations.

They did a great job removing our metal chain linked fence and replacing it with a full privacy wooden fence and a gate. They were very accommodating in providing us with different breakdowns of the quote so that we could split the cost with our neighbours. The total linear footage of the fence was 72ft and the job was done in a day and a half.

Mohammad and his team were responsive, courteous, and professional. He always responded to emails quickly, came to the job site when he said he would, and got the job done by the date he quoted he.

His work is of high quality and his quote was significantly less expensive than the other quotes I received for the work. I'm already in discussions to have him do more work on my property!

If I could give MTM General Contracting 11 out of 10, I would!

MTM did a fantastic job. They provided ongoing updates of a changing schedule due to whether and completed on time & on schedule. The work was high quality. We would highly recommend this contractor.

MTM has showed us quality work with our kitchen renovation. we found them on homestars. Mohammad come out and give us an estimate for the project. we agreed with the reasonable and affordable quote that was offered. They had finished the job on time and after finishing we loved the way our kitchen turned out. we had old style cabinet doors and they transformed everything into a very moderate kitchen. They even helped us selecting the right tiles for the floor and backsplash. Overall had an amazing experience with mtm general contracting. We appreciate all the hard work that was put in our home.
