The work is good, clean and done properly. The office person was short tempered and rude. The electrician was mild mannered, easy going and polite. After several staff being berated by the woman asking for payment, we will not be using this service again. Cannot believe a person involved in small business would treat repeat customers this way.

We're so happy to hear that you're pleased with the electrical work completed in your franchise! Our goal as a small business is to work hard and allow our high quality work to speak for itself. It's unfortunate that BioPed chose to not address payment until nearly 2 weeks after the work was completed, as new and return customers will know that our invoices are always due upon receipt, as explicitly stated in all of our paperwork. While we don't feel that following up on overdue invoices to be 'berating' or 'rude', we are sorry that you felt that way. Lesson learned that we should always ensure all parties are in agreement with payment terms in the future, rather than assuming they read the contract! Being a new, small business, we're always learning, so thank you for helping us grow!
