RoofTechIndustries - Out of Business

I initially paid George 30% deposit as per request for my roof in September 2020, however I am more than frustrated with this very unprofessional company. Initial installation was scheduled September 12 2020 . I had been trying relentlessly to contact George since but all promises to come out had been no show on promises dates and no contact at all. I received an email in June 2021 said he was injury and promised to return my deposit in 4 payments starting Aug 1, 2021, but again another email received on July 31 said it will be an etransfer of $100 every month starting Sept 1, 2021 until the balance is 0. I did receive the etransfer of $100 on Sept 1 , again another email on Oct 1 said the bank was doing maintenance and unable to send etransfer for 24 hrs. today is Oct 4 still I did not receive the money.
Do not use this company!!!

They took our money for a deposit and are not completing the work. They have cancelled our planned work and are refusing to refund our deposit in full. They are only offering to refund the deposit in monthly $100 increments which I am very skeptical about. They had initially promised a full refund but are now reneging.

They also took our money and they are not going to complete the job. They are saying that they will give us our money back in $100 increments but they have told us 3 times now that they will refund us and they haven’t. We will be taking legal action.

They took my money and aren't completing the work. They also are not giving me a proper refund. They want to pay me back in $100 increments per month.

In essence, they are robbing me and I'll be taking legal action. Stay away!

He was also kind enough to give me some discount. He has an expert and hardworking team , they completed the work on time and did a thorough cleanup afterwords.

Great work by George and his team. They efficiently repaired 2 holes in my roof and replaced the roof. I am very satisfied by their professionalism and assurance. True professionals and would recommend.

Couldn't be happier with our new re-shingled roof! Had a small leak that needed repaired in a cost efficient manner pre-reno. George came same day to do an estimate, provided two very reasonable options and explained the pros/cons of each. In the end we decided to add a layer of shingles onto existing roof to fix the problem. Crew was pleasant, efficient and cleaned up after, you'd never know they were there. George did a follow up after heavy rain to ensure all was good. Great experience with Rooftech, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The work was done exactly as scheduled with consideration given to both neighbours and tenants.

The clean up was complete leaving no trace of a mess.

I would have no hesitation recommending RooftechIndustries and plan to use them again.
