I cannot begin to express the frustration I have had with Kitchen & Bath. From the time I signed the contract and placed a deposit with them, I have regretted it. Service is highly unprofessional - calls and emails are not returned unless you actually have to threaten to escalate further. There were hidden costs everywhere, work was delayed for many weeks with no follow up. They were overall not one bit cooperative during the process. The final product looks nice, however it shouldn't be this difficult when you are paying this much money to a company.
