Tony contacted me promptly after my initial inquiry. He gave me a very helpful estimate for my job, as I wasn't sure if some of the tasks I was looking at were possible (one ceiling fixture installation, four new wall outlets). Phil arrived as scheduled and was able to determine that, because of the way that my condo was wired, two of the new outlet boxes would not be possible without making holes in the existing walls that would require further patching. I appreciated Phil's honesty, helpfulness and expertise. He took extra measures to ensure that the outlets met my needs, including installing the charging station for one of my appliances (a Dyson vacuum).
