Joshua General Contracting

We had started a full legal basement suite development with a different company. Once they ran out of money, they refused to reply to communications leaving us with a week until move in and loads of work undone.

When we first talked with Peter, he sympathized with our situation with our prior contractor and found a way to free up a few of his guys to help us get our suite done so the tenants could move in on time. He stayed in contact with us prior to and throughout the project to ensure everything was running smoothly and meeting our expectations. The Joshua Contracting crew showed up when they said they would, and efficiently worked well into the late evening to get it all completed rather than coming back a second day.

For any future projects, or if family and friends need work done, Joshua contracting will be our FIRST choice.
