From the beginning Chris was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He came to see what I wanted to do and gave me different options. I was very happy with the work that he did and was happy to see that he did a great job cleaning everything up.
He also labeled the switches that I had labeled before.

We needed to replace our main panel so Chris did that for us and took care of all the communication with Hydro. As well we had had a problem with the lights flickering and he was able to identify the problem with the transformer from Hydro. Cannot thank him enough for that.

All the usual good stuff, showed up on time, respectful of our environment, did the job in less time than predicted, overall a great asset to your electrical needs. We definitely recommend his company!

Chris showed up on time to provide an estimate, and he completed the job sooner than expected. He is professional and well-organized, and everything went smoothly in upgrading our service to 200A and replacing the ancient meter base and mast. He explained everything that he needed to do and didn't mind my many questions. I highly recommend Chris and Encore Electric for your electrical work.

Chris communicated with me very quickly. He helped me with a light in the condo and he was very careful when I met him so I did not hesitate to contact him when we needed electrical work done.
He changed 7 light fixtures, including a washroom vanity light and installed a dimmer. Chris also changed our bathroom fan. He took care of an uninsulated duct for us and provided us with all the information possible of concerns he had when he went into the attic.
When the job was done he took care of disposing of everything we did not want in the house. It was spotless and the lights look awesome.

Chris and his crew upgraded our service panel and installed exterior and interior services. They were always promptly on time (3 visits) and were very congenial. They were careful to contain the work area until they could clean up. They identified safety hazards in our wiring and always had a solution.
We think we got very good value for the money and their quotation was very detailed and easy to follow. We will hire Encore Electric again and highly recommend their service.

Chris came in and looked over what needed to be done. Looked behind the walls. He gave me an estimate and was great. His timing was on point. Even with adding a couple of extras, the additional cost was very reasonable. Chris and Jordan (apprentice) were a great team and did a great job.

Chris is a best-in-class electrician. Within a week, he completed 2 separate projects for me. The first was new electrical (outlets, fixtures, range hood fan) for a full downtown condo renovation. A week later he installed and connected a SPA / hot tub for me.

CID electric made my parents feel comfortable and secure, right from the initial visit to provide the quote. Work was completed on time, and on budget.
