Chris did an amazing job replacing and rewiring lights and fans in our kitchen and bathroom that werent working or installed properly when we had bought our house. He also set up all our outdoor lighting, which looks amazing. We are really happy with all the work he did and his high level of service! He left no mess/product behind. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Chris came to repair and install a nest 2nd generation doorbell. Within 1 hour he found the issues and when he left everything was up and running. He is very up to date with this new technology

Chris did a great job with upgrading our service to 200A and installing our outdoor heaters. He arrived on time for our initial consulate and determined that the power output of the heaters would require an upgrade to our electrical panel. Chris scheduled the Hydro cutoff and ESA inspector for one of the day's that we requested. His work ethic is exceptional, he arrived early and didn't leave until later that evening when the work was completed. His team was professional, and his communication skills were greatly appreciated. I will use Chris in the future and highly recommend him.

Called Encore Electric to do a slew of work, including installing a Tesla Level 2 charger and install a brand new light receptacle in our living room where one didnt exist. He also installed smart switches and moved our electric stove receptacle to be to code. He did all of this very quickly and in the less invasive ways possible. Complete professional and very trustworthy.

I put out a request for quotes on Homestars for an electrical service upgrade for our cottage north of Barrie. I received about a half dozen enthusiastic responses from contractors. Once the scope of the project was detailed, (new supply lines, service mast, relocated meter base, breaker panel and some baseboard heating), the contractors seemed to lose interest. All but Chris from Encore Electrical Inc., we had a preliminary discussion and he had already arranged for the Hydro utility to come out and do the site inspection. From there it was all very straight forward without the usually delays and missed appointments. The work was top notch, and he even patched the roof where the old Hydro mast was removed. Chris arranged to come on site Fridays as we were in the city most of the week, he even managed to get the final ESA inspection on a Friday. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Encore Electric for your big or small electrical projects.

Chris of Encore was a perfect fit for my small project in East Toronto. I needed to rewire the knob & tube in my semi before I could move it. As with every project, when unseen problems came up, he was able to effectively problem solve and recommend solutions, a skill that's crucial for all small projects in Toronto. He also helped clean up some of the other bits that were leftover after decades of misc renos by previous owners. Fair price, good work.
