Repair household appliance: Refrigerator / freezer
Very poor customer service. Technician said the motor and water for the ice maker was fine and it was simply 'human error' of why it wasn't working. Said it would take a 'few hours' for ice to start. After calling him, he continued to say wait and if it didn't work, it could be another problem. That is the whole point of a diagnostic call is to check and see what the issue is and provide a quote, which he didn't do. I ultimately had to call someone else at the company that provided the quote that the technician was supposed to, but didn't. I will not be going ahead with this company as the customer service was poor and the technician laid blame when in fact he didn't do his job thoroughly.
