The Kirkstone team is absolutely outstanding! I unfortunately had to replace my boiler and water heater units and I truly felt like their only customer. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and they helped me every step of the way. I had the best experience possible from the tech to the project manager to the install team they were all amazing. Customer Service at it's best. I would highly recommend.

I'm overjoyed at the services provided by Kirkstone! They tend to be pricey but very competent. I had an excellent experience with them installing a furnace and fireplace for me. The team arrived on time, was totally professional, and did an outstanding job.

I called Kirkstone Heating for a quote on a new boiler system. Was not sure what I wanted, there were so many options on the market. Tony came to see me in person and listened to my needs and offered different suggestions. He was kind and receptive to what I was saying. At the ended we decided to go with a combi-boiler. Everything from booking to the actual installation was excellent. Very happy I called Kirkstone.

When my water heater suddenly died I called several places to inquire about cost and service and was very impressed with the way James at Kirkstone explained my options. With kindness and caring, he answered all my questions and ensured I had the right water heater for my situation. He went beyond what any other place was willing to provide.
The 2 men who came to install it were also friendly, kind and professional. They were extra attentive and thorough in their work and made sure before they left that everything, including my washer and dryer which they had had to disconnect then reconnect, was working perfectly. They even offered to clean my floors before they left which was over and above. I would recommend this company for any of their services.

We had Kirkstone Heating replace our old furnace and water heater with a high efficiency furnace and a tankless water heater. They were very friendly, professional, and swift in their work. What we appreciated the most is their ability to accommodate our needs with respect to the locations of the new exhaust and intake vents. We are very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them!

Contacted Kirkstone to install a combi-boiler for our home in North Vancouver. Customer service was amazing! In addition, the installers Nick and Jimmy were very professional and highly experienced. Thanks for everything.

Capable installation but incredibly slow. Order was made late Nov 2021. Some delay installing furnace. AC not installed until April (but not required until summer). Humidifier and smart thermostat not completed until Sept 2022. Eight months was far too long!!! Also took over a month to repair a loud bang when blower shut off. Again too long.

We had the fans in a gas fireplace replaced by Kirkstone, and shortly after, the fireplace started randomly shutting off. We weren't sure if it was related to the new fans, but Kirkstone came back right away, and even though it took multiple tries with multiple parts, they figured out the problem (which was complicated and unrelated to the fans they installed!) and didn't give up until it was fixed. Totally impressed. Harvey is especially amazing! We'll use them for all of our HVAC service from now on.
