I was recommended to contact Rafael by another contractor he worked for. After my initial contact, he came to look at my basement and within 1 day I had received the scope of the project which was extremenly detailed as to everything that would be done and timelines for each section of work. He also included payment schedule and receipt page that he signed when each payment was made. I found him to be extremely organized and efficient. His work was absolutely amazing. He showed up every day at 8:00 am with his helper Eliezer , a young man who was a great worker and extremely personable. He made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was finished on time as promised and I now have a finished that I have received many compliments on. The contractors he uses for electrical, dry wall and painting are also very good. They showed up on time and completed the work as per the scope of the project. If you are looking for a contractor to do any renovations or have your basement finished, I highly recommend contacting Rafael. You will not regret your decision.
