General Contractors review in
Calgary
I would not recommend Todd to anyone. He is poor at supervision of the trades, poor at work scheduling and poor at costing. We started out with him as a contractor, eventually changed to a "project management" contract after seeing the signs, and still we were left VERY DISSATISFIED.
Here are two examples. 1. He gave us a quote from a HVAC sub-contractor for a new furnace and duct work that was MORE THAN TWICE the amount we ended up paying to Direct Energy (which we arranged ourselves) for the same job. 2. The framer/roofer he works with (same guy - called Tom) refused to come back and fix deficiencies (wobbly stub wall, leaking roof insisted that we do as he said the work had been completed to his satisfaction.
