I hired Elite Home Upgrades again for complete interior renovation after finishing a small flooring work in the basement.
Shawn and his crew are one of the rare finds in the home renovation industry that you can trust and count on. Shawn is very professional, customer satisfaction focused, trustworthy, reliable and easy going personality to
deal with any issues that customer throws at him. Never walks away or says no to any change of course customers want to make for better satisfaction.
Shawn managed all of my high cost interior renovation re-modeling the layout, addressing structural issues, flooring, new stair case, new kitchen , new bathroom, electricals, fireplace, flat ceiling re-modeling with pot lights, painting, windows and doors PLUS MORE.
Shawn went above and beyond to cover other sub contractor's mistake to provide satisfied outcome for customers. Kitchen cabinet maker who walked away from addressing his mistake and Shawn absorbed it on his shoulder to fix it.
I would hire Elite again. But Shawn has done a good job. There is not a single screw to nail on my house any more.
