From first speaking to E.P.F. services via chat here on Homestars, to the phone consultation and estimate the very next day, I knew this was a responsive team who truly cared about their reputation. I wanted to update the plumbing system behind the tile in order to upgrade from a 2 handle shower system (old) to the single handle. E.P.F. showed up exactly on time for the estimate, and provided exact details on the work that had to be completed. They were very thorough and provided a clearly itemized quote. I hired them, and they were here bright and early Monday morning (on time, again - amazing) and completed the job in 1 day. This included retiling, regrouting, cutting drywall (behind the shower), patching it and repainting - and finally installing the new shower system and accompanying plumbing.

The quality of work is exceptional. They also swept and mopped after they were done - it was as if no contractor had been in the home at all! Truly professional job - highly recommended. Thank you E.P.F!
