Michael installed a new Air Conditioner and did a maintenance work on our Furnace. It was a great job done professionally and on time. I would definitely recommend him to all people I know.

We noticed a leak coming from our furnace. This was during the time of extreme cold weather. We called Michael and he responded immediately. Considering the road conditions and weather, he made it. We were very pleased with his workmanship and pricing. Would highly recommend MDM mechanical !!

We heard about MDM Mechanical from a friend when our furnace stopped working in the dead of winter. Michael came very quickly and was able to assess the issue promptly. He fixed the furnace and we have not had any issues since. We recommended him to our neighbour and they were also very happy with his service.

I found Michael online after being quoted for a new furnace from some of the bigger HVAC companies in the GTA. Michael from the moment we first connected was genuine, patient and understanding of the immediacy of our situation. We had been living in our home for 6 months and our furnace completely broke in the middle of a cold Winter night. The next day I called him to explain our situation and he even offered to jump on facetime with me so I could show him our situation through video. Two days later he was at our house early in the morning and worked throughout the day until the afternoon. My girlfriend and I both work from home but Michael was so efficient, clean and thorough we were able to get through the day without any major disturbances. Towards the end of the work Michael brought me down to our new furnace and explained the work he had done, showed me how to work our new thermostat and cleaned up his station very well. All in all, he's a fantastic servicemen, someone we will use moving forward, and definitely someone we will recommend to our family and friends. Thanks Michael, we are nice and cozy in our well-heated home.

Michael always answers his phone, and is very prompt in his response. Clean and fast job on installation, and price was very reasonable. When a few days later we thought the unit was not working properly, he came back the same day and serviced the unit to make sure that it would work at its best capacity.

Mike was very helpful and informative with us, we needed to replace an 18yr old furnace and water heater and add in a water softner and run new piping. We also live outside the GTA and he drove here arrived ontime, worked very hard and we are totally satisfied with the products he recommended. He does tidy work and is very qick to respond to our questions. We contacted numerous companies and arranged quotes most never showed up or called to cancel, costs were all over the place. With Mike and his team the response was quick they did what they said they would do and the cost was very reasonalbe. Just to note we had already purchased a water heater and his cost to instal we excellent.

Michael at MDM came and removed my 50gal water tank and installed a 200000 btu tankless water heater in my new mechanical room. His advice on the units location optimized the room allowing for more usable space in my house.
The work was quality and no corners were cut. Overall it was a hassle free experience with no issues since.

Desperately needed help getting a dryer switched out. Not only did the technician graciously come within 24 hours when no one else could (I called several places), he even helped me move my dryer (and washer too!) down to the basement. PLUS his price was totally reasonable. And he tested all our fittings in the basement too, so we can rest easy in our new home. Such fantastic service!

I had to replace my old furnace which had exceeded its service life. I was hesitant when deciding on who to hire for the job as I heard about bad experiences from different people. Wen I called Michael I was pleased when he soon returned the call. He listened to my questions and provided me with enough info to trust his knowledge and experience (not the classical "I can' t tell anything until I see it"). He showed up on time and completed the job as estimated. Everything was well done up to the last finishes includin leaving the area clean as it originally was. No sloppy work or shortcuts. Now the new furnace is up and running. Would I recomend the company? Absolutely. To my neighbours, friends and everybody.

Nowadays is not easy to find a contractor with the high scores in all the aspects. I" m very pleased with the work of his company.

MDM Mechanical replaced my furnace quickly and efficiently. Michael overcame a number of problems inherent in working in an older home and got the job done in a professional manner, leaving the work area clean. The furnace is running well and I'm happy with the cost. He's also a really nice guy!
