I had Mr and Mrs Li come to do the work needed and they were extremely meticulous to detail. All work completed in slightly over a week. Protected my floors against damage and did an amazing job of cleani g up everythi g after during and after the work was completed. They were honestly the best workers I have ever had do work for me. X&h helped me with my water damage situation during covid19. Really appreciate their help as I was having difficulty finding contractors willing to do urgent work during this time.

Had a pretty bad water damage situation during the covid19 business closure. Had a lot of difficulty finding someone who was able to come fix it despite the fact that I am pretty sure it's considered an essential service. X&H really helped me out despite their offices being closed.

We were very pleased with the work done by X&H Construction on our condo. We redid the floors , painted, and took out an electric fireplace. Their professionalism was great which is what were after and so accepted that their quote came in higher than other contractors. Our project manager Daniel and his support team were great and always there to answer questions. Only reason I’m giving them a 9 instead of a 10 is all the negotiating that took place after they started work. My advice to prospective clients is make sure you negotiate everything in advance, even the smallest details, as with any contractor things start costing “extra” once the project starts.
