Hired nevs to install a standby home generator. exellent service...until my first break down...tech came was there 15 min said it needs a fuse he didn't have one and would need to order came back to put the fuse in took another 10 min...was given two bills for 2 service calls. nowhere in any of my dealings has anyone ever charged 2 service calls for one job. if there tech doesn't carry parts for a repair that should not be the customers problem! I run a fleet of 34 plow trucks and our service truck is fully stocked! I will not do business with them again yemen electric has elready been called and agreed two service call charges is absolutely wrong
