I met Harris on my street two years ago while he was servicing a neighbour of mine. Without any hesitation, Harris was happy to look at and quote me for a small job I needed corrected in short time. Two years later and at my new home, there was nobody else that I wanted to come and replace my roof.

I knew I needed to replace my roof in Spring 2023 and Harris was on the top of my list; unfortunately for me, that call had to come sooner because I had a leak in my 2 year old's bedroom in the middle of the summer. I called Harris and immediately, he came to investigate the issue and get started on the work. After 2-3 hours of troubleshooting the leak, it was not my roof but instead a faulty AC unit in my attic. Harris was with me the entire time, climbing on the roof and eventually, crawling in my attic. I don't think I could ever find another person to spend that time with me to get to the bottom of the issue.

Though I got my AC unit and ceiling repaired, I expedited my roof replacement and Harris made my roof brand new again. Harris is always professional, honest, fair, and makes sure the job is done to the highest standard. I could not be happier with the end result.

The response to my request was very quick. Haris came the next day to check what needed to be done and returned the following day to do the repair. Communication was very good as he explained what he planned to do and how. He also phoned in advance to let me know when he was coming over. And he did come when he said he would. He took before and after pictures so that I could see what had been done.

When I called, he answered the call. He came to site, inspected the roof and we discussed what needed to be done. He provided me with an accurate quotation on the spot. Harris changed 2 of the vents on the roof. One was clogged with lint and the other was leaking. He fixed a number of other items on the roof to prevent future problems. Super friendly and professional!

Replaced an old roof that had been patched 8-10+ times with a completely new one. Installed a waterproof underlay (ice and water shield), installed synthetic felt where needed, fiberglass/asphalt shingles, and also improved the attic venting.

Harris did an excellent job on roof. He has done entire roof shingles replaced. He used one of the top 5 rated shingles. Price was very reasonable. His estimate was all inclusive so I do not have to worry about any extras e.g. plywood or vents or sheets etc. He had picked up all the garbage and nails. I had Harris install 3 vents for new bathroom fans and I am extremely happy with the service provided and work completed. He fully explained what work was to be completed before hand and provided a detailed explanation with pictures of the work that was completed.
