We recently had a problem with a Whirlpool washing machine we had for over 5 years . It was not releasing the water after rinsing. We thought that maybe we would need to buy a new one since it was approaching the holiday season as we had to be scooping out the water from the machine, really frustrating. A friend of mine recommended to call Activepro appliance. I called them and was very happy that the technician, was able to come the very same day at about 9:30 pm. He was very friendly, professional and knowedgeable. He did his checks and quickly discovered that the drain hose needed replacement. Fortunately for us , he had a brand new hose with him in his van that works on this washing machine and he was able to fix the problem immediately. Afterwards, he cleaned up inside the machine where dust accumulated and then he did a quick wash making sure the machine went through all the cycles and that the water was draining properly. Everything worked perfectly well. In addition, I asked him to look at a problem I was having with my Frigidaire refrigerator which did not cool well and although it was late he managed to check it for us an came back next day and replaced the evaporator fan motor. The technician did a fantastic job and everything is working well again. The overall price was more than reasonable as he saved us from going out to buy new washer. I definitely recommend Activepro Appliance.
