The work included:
1. Roof Inspection
The roof was inspected but the had re-inspoect the roof as one shingle needed to be nailed, observed by me, client.
2. Soffit and wood siding gap needed to be repaired. The AINGER worker banged too hard and exposed a hole in the drywall screw. The client(Myself) warned them to stop hanging it so hard otherwise it would have resulted in more damage. They applied the mud but not the paint to the damage. We had to go out and match and buy our own paint and painted it ourselves. We had to ask for a discount unfortunately.
3. They also replaced a few small wood sidings in front, the work was done but no corking was applied.
