Provincial Pest Control (Provincialpestcontrol.ca)

Discovered small crawling bugs in several of our beds in our home, were not sure what they were. Decided to call a pest specialist and immediately got a response back from Vugar who asked us for a sample/picture of the bug. Sent him the pictures and immediately identified them as bed bugs. There were two bugs one being a male and a female. He strongly recommended that there might be eggs laid in bed frame.

The treatment services and approach were laid out for us, which included 2 treatments. Vugar came in a few hours to our home (Saturday to be exact) and searched each bed frame/mattress and discovered the source of the problem. Vugar got right into the problematic areas and got rid of the bugs for us, no questions asked. No other company was willing to come to our place for a free inspection and to actually deal with the issue first, they expect you to address the matters on your own and pay for the inspection.

Vugar gave us a quote and we set up a time to come to spray when it was convenient for us. What we really liked about Vugar is that he was friendly and made us feel that the problem was taken care of before he left. He did a primary treatment of our entire house and then scheduled a follow-up treatment in a couple of weeks. He gave my family the true sense of professionalism.
