Basement Renovation review in

We have a long time existing illegal basement suite. We follow the all process as per the City's requirements. Finally agreed to contract with Bears Den Developments. Mr. Steve Belanger was great to work with. He was consummate professional, easy to deal with, and transparent on price and service. We are very pleased with how the project turned out particularly smoke-seal work in mechanical room.
