Grass Roots Solutions Property Maintenance

Brent is very thorough and extremely clean! Brent scoops out all the leaves from my eaves before flushing them with water to make sure everything is flowing freely. Prior to Grass Roots Solutions I used another company that simply blew all the leaves out of the eaves and made a huge mess of my property! But not Brent! He cleans everything out by hand. He's super thorough and even gets out all the small remnants left behind from my older roof. And for just a few bucks more he cut all the branches away from my roof and took them to the
dump for me!I had no idea how those branches were wearing on my roof but he took pictures to show me and cut them all back for me. One of my eaves was barely hanging on and I thought I would need new ones but he secured it for me for just the cost of the brackets! The world needs more ethical people like Brent who work hard without overcharging! My wife loves the job he did on the exterior windows as well! He washes those by hand too! He doesn't use one of them poles from the ground. He gets up on a ladder and washes them by hand! And yes he's insured to work at heights! He was even happy to show me the insurance and certification so I don't have to worry if God forbid anything happens while he's on my route.
I can't say enough about this guy. I haven't had him cut my grass as I still do that myself but when the time comes, I won't think twice about hiring him to cut my lawn for me as well.

FABULOUS service! First of all, I had booked THREE other local companies before calling Grass Roots Solutions and the three prior didn't show up OR call to reschedule! Brent showed up when he said he would, did a fabulous job and his price was almost half of what the others had quoted!!! Most importantly though, his company is insured. You do NOT want to hire just anyone to get up on your roof!
