I hired Dave and Trident Plumbing to do some work in my basement after a recent flood. I interviewed over six plumbing companies, and what stood out most was that Dave took the time to make concrete suggestions on what I could do with my sump pump, whereas others just looked to fix the immediate issue. The time he took to figure it out was the deciding factor on why I chose Trident. The end product of the work was fantastic, and I never had an issue contacting him for any follow-up work that needed to be completed. I highly recommend Trident for anybody looking for a plumber at a decent price point while also helping you figure out the best solution.

After experiencing multiple leaks in our home, we contacted numerous plumbers to assess the situation, determine the source, and fix the issue. Dave was by far the most knowledgable out of the (many) master plumbers we contacted. He determined that a portion of our home needed repiping, and his team completed the job quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also identified the source of the leaks (issue with our pump), which no other plumber had previously been able to do. As a number of other plumbing issues popped up - during and after our initial repiping project - Dave always made himself available. He has helped us fix burst radiant in-floor heating pipes, hot water tank issues, install a faucet... the list goes on. He even rushed over to our home during the holidays when we found ourselves without hot water. We are very grateful to Dave and would highly recommend him for all plumbing needs.

We are building a recovery room at our CrossFit gym and needed plumbing work to install a shower where there was no existing plumbing. Dave performed good quality work, was clean, accommodating wrt schedule (coming when members werent there) and was a pleasure to work with.

Water main shutoff valve leaked. Main shutoff on the street was seized and needed to be replaced. Trident was very helpful in coordinating city replacement of street valve.

Dave provided excellent service. What a true professional, clean and prompt. Showed up on the day and on time. Highly recommend his services. He will be my plumber for all projects big or small.
