When I was first contacted by Lester for a project, I had a really good impression of him. he seemed honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.
He laid out the project in detail. Things were going well.
More than halfway through, things were starting to crumble. The project was ultimately delayed by about two and a half months. Customer service was out of the window.
After the project was finished, there was no followup from himself and his team as was discussed. There were some small things that were left unfinished.
Re: Asphalt Job
I paid him 50% down payment for an asphalt job in mid November. I cancelled it in December 17, after not hearing back from him about when the ashphalt guys will actually start. I keep getting responses like "I'll get back to you".
I eventually got my money back. I was advised that the delay was partially due to the weather and the fact that I cancelled the day prior to and then changed my mind on it which took longer to arrange.
I was advised that the company at one time offered me to do the asphalt without any deposit and payment upon completion, in which I may have declined initially.
