Mike and his team at Viva construction did a fantastic job renovating my ensuite bathroom and it was not an easy reno! The bathroom is on the third floor and there is NO elevator!
The guys were very prompt, polite and communicated very well during the process so that there were NO surprises! Their workmanship is outstanding and they have great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for any home project.

Our deck and fence looking a little tired after a few years of neglect. Prior to the sanding & painting, Mike suggested replacing a few boards to make everything look good again. On time and on budget, they were done in a day. Very happy customer here, and no hesitation in recommending Mike!
