No quality of work at all with this renovation: uneven floors, tiles coming off, shaky toilet, bathroom had to be redone completely at our own expense with a different contractor as the shower had no basic drainage parts and no drain. It all went under the tiles and into the floors and adjacent walls. More money was demanded than agreed upon.
Do not hire this contractor. I do not understand how his business exists.

Paid $5700.00 towards a small bathroom reno, (original quote was $6500.00), but I with held the hold back due to shoddy workmanship and and the necessary redo of the freshly tiled shower by another contractor.
Barely 2 years have gone by and the grout is coming loose from the tiled floor.
The under mount sink had to be re mounted as it dislodged about a year into the install.
I could go on, but I think you got the idea.

Great work. Accurate, precise, clean.
Would contact them next time when need some renovarion project.
