Service man came when indicated. Examined furnace and found problem. Changed filter. Explained problem about water in furnace. Turned furnace on and waited to see if furnace operation was correct.

They called me shortly after I made the request for a plumber. The arrangements were made for them to come to my office the next day with the assurance that they would fix my issue. Very professional from start to finish. Proper analysis was done to ensure that I get the right unit for the size of the house. The technicians were on time and very courteous even in the midst of challenges.
